Prices reflect the type of therapy offered, level of experience and the length of each session. Sessions are 60 minutes long.I ask for £55 per session for an individual face to face, online, or outdoor session.

Counselling can be short term and solution focused, or long term allowing an exploration of deeper issues. I offer a flexible and relaxed approach which invites all aspects of human nature. In an atmosphere of care, respect and openness we explore what is needed and how to move towards change. A gentle but challenging space, I offer work at a deep level whilst maintaining a realistic and lighthearted approach to the complexities of life.
I have an Honours Degree, a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and 20 years experience as a counsellor where I have taken my work into nature and the body as well as the mind.
